About The Kenya Scholarship Fund

Kenya Scholarship Fund, Inc. (KSF) was established in 2007. The Founders recognized a pressing need to address the lack of funds for students who were academically qualified but lacked the resources needed to pursue their academic aspirations. Due to this ever expanding need we decided to formally establish the Fund and commence the work of raising scholarship funds. Prospective Students were invited to write essays explaining their life stories prior to being considered for a KSF Scholarship.

"As a Non Profit Organization, we believe that we can have the greatest impact on the community by expanding educational opportunities for students," said Frank Musyimi, President of Kenya Scholarship Fund. "We're proud to award these scholarships to these youths, and we wish them well as they work toward future academic success."

Students must maintain a "B" average or better while in school to retain the scholarships. They each applied for the scholarships through each school, and the Board of Directors determined the recipients.
